A parallel-axis limited slip differential with a function of auxiliary lubrication comprises a differential left end cover (1), a differential housing (2), a differential right end cover (4), a left planet gear (5), a right planet gear (6), a left axle shaft gear (7), and a right axle shaft gear (8). A stepped shaft, corresponding to the left axle shaft gear (7), of the differential left end cover (1) and another stepped shaft, corresponding to the right axle shaft gear (8), of the differential right end cover (4) are provided with axle shaft gear positioning holes (16) respectively. The outer periphery of the differential left end cover (1) and the outer periphery of the differential right end cover (4) are provided with evenly arranged end cover notches (12) respectively; every end cover notch (12) is provided with an oblique oil passage (15) leading to the axle shaft gear positioning holes (16); the oblique oil passages (15) are evenly arranged in the periphery; openings of the oblique oil passages (15) fa
