According to the drill bit clamping tool, through the effect of the tool frame and the belt tensioning device, the drill bit can carry out revolution on the tool frame, meanwhile, the drill bit can carry out rotation under the effect of the belt tensioning device, and accordingly the tool can be used in a plurality of links of drill bit machining.
