The automatic control system comprises a domestic terminal heat exchanging main machine (3) and further comprises a waste water heat exchanging pipe system arranged in a waste water pond, and the domestic terminal heat exchanging main machine (3) and the waste water heat exchanging pipe system form a heat circulation exchanging unit. The automatic control system is characterized in that the domestic terminal heat exchanging main machine (3) internally comprises a PLC center control system, and the PLC center control system comprises data collecting devices and a center automatic controller, wherein the data collecting devices are connected with devices of the waste water heat exchanging pipe system, and the center automatic controller carries out automatic control over the whole system according to the collected data. According to the automatic control system, the full-automatic PLC center control sy
