A way that an outer sleeve internally provided with a compression spring is sleeved with an inner sleeve internally provided with a filter element is adopted; an inner cavity of the filter element is communicated with an inner cavity of the outer sleeve; the inner sleeve is provided with a water inlet. Air inside the inner sleeve is exhausted through pressing the inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve is separated from the outer sleeve by means of a restoring force provided by the compression spring after the inner sleeve is released, so that water is sucked from the water inlet and enters the outer sleeve after being purified by the filter element, therefore, clean and sanitary drinking water is obtained.
