The manual pressure test pump (1) and the electric pressure test pump (2) are connected to an inlet of the accumulator A (5) through a water incoming pipeline. An outlet of the accumulator A (5) is connected with a water outgoing pipeline. The pressure meter (6) is disposed on the water outgoing pipeline. The pressure transmitter (7) is connected with the pressure meter (6). The recorder (8) is connected with the pressure transmitter (7). The high-pressure check valve (3) is disposed at an outlet of the electric pressure test pump (2). The controllable pressure load hydraulic pressure device has the advantages that efficiency is high, pressure loading speed is controllable, pressure curves can be recorded and cost is low.
