Zusammenfassung:	A bearing structure comprises a columnar non-metal body, wherein the columnar non-metal body is provided with a through hole, an inner ring wall surrounding the through hole and an outer ring wall surrounding the inner ring wall; the outer ring is provided with at least two outwards extending bumps and at least one inwards groove; and the at least one groove is formed between the at least two adjacent bumps. A fan comprises a casing, a stator winding, the beating structure and a rotating part, wherein the casing is provided with a shaft base, and provided with an accommodating space inside; the stator winding is arranged in the accommodating space and surrounds the shaft base; the bearing structure is arranged in the shaft base; the rotating part is arranged in the accommodating space, and provided with a rotating casing, an axis part connected with the rotating casing and a plurality of blades connected with the rotating casing respectively.
