Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an underwater high-voltage discharging bubble-generation device which includes a power supply module, a bubble generation circuit and a bubble generation metal wire. The power supply module supplies stable DC high-voltage power to the bubble generation circuit. The bubble generation circuit is connected with the bubble generation metal wire and supplies discharging voltage needed by the bubble generation metal wire. The power supply module includes a high-frequency signal generation device, a transformer, a high-frequency voltage-multiplying rectifying circuit, a high-voltage DC voltage-stabilizing circuit, a sampling circuit and a control circuit. The bubble generation circuit includes a capacitive charging and discharging circuit and a charging and discharging conversion control switch connected with the capacitive charging and discharging circuit.
