Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a positioning and locking device of a mobile screw rod support bearing. The device comprises a ball screw, wherein the ball screw is provided with a lock nut in thread fit with the ball screw; a supporting pedestal is sleeved at one end of the ball screw; and a bearing is arranged between the supporting pedestal and the ball screw. The device is characterized in that the lock nut is provided with a radial notch so that the cross section of the lock nut is C-shaped; a through hole is formed in one side provided with the radial notch in the lock nut; a thread hole is formed in the other side of the radial notch; and the ball screw is locked or unlocked by the lock nut by a fastener arranged on one side of the through hole. The device has large lock force and wide distributive area, and can endure variable impact carrying capacity caused by long-time back-and-forth reversing of the equipment.
