Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a beam-pumping unit. The beam-pumping unit comprises a motor and a speed reducer connected with the motor. The motor and the speed reducer drive a driven gear I and a driven gear II to rotate simultaneously through a driving gear. The driven gear I drives a horsehead I to conduct vertical movement in a reciprocating mode through a crank I and a connecting rod I, so that oil pumping operation of an oil well on the same side is achieved. The driven gear II drives a horsehead II to conduct vertical movement in a reciprocating mode through a crank II and a connecting rod II, so that oil pumping operation of an oil well on the other side is achieved. The beam-pumping unit achieves the purpose that one motor drives two oil wells to operate simultaneously, thereby improving the oil pumping efficiency and saving energy.
