The anchor lug plate comprises an upper connecting plate, and the upper connecting plate is connected with the pin hinge. The anchoring lug plate also comprises a lower connecting plate, a threaded rod and a deformed steel bar anchorage device, and the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are connected through the threaded rod and the deformed steel bar anchorage device.
