Zusammenfassung:	A bucket elevator comprises a shell, wherein the upper portion of the shell is the head portion, the lower portion of the shell is the tail portion, a drive device and a head wheel are connected through a transmission chain and are fixedly installed at the head portion, a discharge outlet is formed in one side of the head portion, a feed inlet is formed in one side of the tail portion, a tail wheel is installed at the tail portion, the transmission chain surrounds the head wheel and the tail wheel to form a closed ring shape, a hopper is fixed to the transmission chain, the tail portion is provided with an adjusting screw rod and a heavy punch tensioning device, and an access door is arranged in the middle of the shell. The bucket elevator has the automatic tensioning function of the chain, manual adjustment is not required, meanwhile, the chain can be meshed with the head wheel and the tail wheel normally, and equipment failure is avoided.
