The LED fluorescent lamp has the advantages of enabling the lamp tube to be not easy to be cracked due to the fact that the rubber film covers the external wall of the glass tube; improving fire-resistant safety due to the fact that the fire-resistant safe glass tube covers all electrical elements; improving the illumination range and the illumination uniformity, preventing dazzling light and preventing people feeling dazzling.
