The irradiation area of the at least one industrial camera is located in the irradiation area of the light source. The controller is connected with the light source and controls the light source to be turned on or off. Compared with the prior art, the image collection device of the railway overhead line system can perform light supplementation on the overhead line system under the environments, poor in light, including a tunnel and others, so that the images of all railway overhead line systems in the whole course are collected.
