The pneumatic finger (2) and the swing table (9) are connected along a Z-axis direction, the pneumatic finger (2) rotates around a Z-axis through the swing table (9), the swing cylinder (18) is connected with the swing table (9), the swing table (9) swings around an X-axis through the swing cylinder (18), the guide rod (16) is fixedly connected with the swing table (9), a shell of the cylinder (10) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the swing cylinder (18), and a piston rod of the cylinder (10) is fixedly connected with the swing table (9). The feeding manipulator is used for transferring and connecting full-automatic or semi-automatic electronic tension tester sheet samples among a sample tray, a cross section measuring device, a correction device and a main unit, and is small in structural size and simple to assemble and adjust.
