The equipment also comprises a resistor and three capacitors. One end of each capacitor serves as one input end which is connected with one high-voltage insulator, and the other ends of the three capacitors are connected together and serve as an output end which is grounded through the resistor, so as to obtain a traveling wave signal of the single-phase earth fault at the output end under the condition of the single-phase earth fault.
