The two-inlet and two-outlet valve comprises a valve body, a water diversion shaft is arranged in the valve body in a sliding mode, side walls of the valve body are respectively provided with a first water inlet hole, a first water outlet hole, a second water inlet hole and a second water outlet hole. The water diversion shaft is provided with a first boss, a first receding hole, a second boss and a second receding hole, wherein the first boss is used for separating a communication channel between the first water inlet hole and the first water outlet hole, the first receding hole is used for being communicated with the first water inlet hole and the first water outlet hole, the second boss is used for separating a communication channel between the second water inlet hole and the second water outlet hole, and the second receding hole is used for being communicated with the second water inlet hole and the second water outlet hole.
