A controller and a motor which are connected in sequence are arranged in the pen body end portion. The motor is connected with one end of a vibration rod. The other end of the vibration rod is placed in the pen body tip portion. The hardness of the pen body end portion is larger than the hardness of the pen body tip portion and the hardness of the connecting portion. The diabetes physical therapy device is provided with the flexible pen body tip portion and the hard pen body end portion, the flexible pen body tip portion is placed behind a pancreas acupoint, the flexible pen body tip portion can move in a massaging mode by controlling the controller, the motor and the vibration rod, and a diabetic can be subjected to pancreas restorative treatment c
