Multiple stages of coal powder concentration rings are arranged in the primary air powder pipe. A ring baffle is arranged behind the concentration rings to divide a primary air passage into an inner ring passage and an outer ring passage. An axial cyclone is arranged in the outer ring passage to enable a primary air powder flow to form an air flow structure which is featured in that the internal air flow is thick, the outer air flow is thin, the internal air flow flows straightly, and the outer air flow flows rotationally. Secondary air is sprayed inside through a gap between cylindrical walls according to three sections.
