The steam purifying valve includes a purifying valve inlet, a purifying valve outlet, and a muffler, the muffler includes a casing at least partially surrounding a diffuser, and the diffuser is in fluid communication with the purifying valve inlet and the purifying valve outlet. The steam purifying valve weakens the noises generated by the purified gases flowing through the purifying valve and reduces the possibility that a driver can hear the noises transmitted from the purifying valve.
