The main circuit comprises a rectification circuit, a pre-stage voltage boost transformation circuit, a voltage stabilizing circuit, a later-stage voltage boost transformation circuit and a charging switch connected on the later-stage voltage boost transformation circuit in a parallel way. The voltage stabilizing circuit absorbs negative pulses released during a storage battery pulse charging process and keeps the voltage on the direct current output port stable.
