The air inlet pipe comprises a fixed air pipe and a rotary air pipe, wherein the fixed air pipe is coaxially connected with the rotary air pipe with a flexible connection structure in a rotary manner; a conical plugging head is arranged at the outlet end of the rotary air pipe; air outlets are uniformly formed in the rotary air pipe and the conical plugging head; connecting rods are arranged on the rotary air pipe. The air inlet pipe has a simple structure, is reasonable in design, ensures good sealing properties of the rotary air pipe and the fixed air pipe in actual production operation and then improves fermentation and drying effects.
