The discharge device comprises a vehicle body, wheels, a discharge motor, a bearing block and a discharge rod, wherein the wheels are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body; the discharge motor and the bearing block are respectively arranged on the vehicle body; a horizontal rotating shaft is connected into the bearing block in a rotary manner; the two ends of the horizontal rotating shaft are respectively coaxially connected with a main shaft of the discharge motor and the discharge rod by flanges; an axial spiral conveying vane is arranged on the discharge rod.
