The sampler comprises a probe, a filter, a diluter and at least one shunt path, wherein the probe is used for collecting a sample gas; the filter is connected with the probe and used for filtering the collected sample gas; the diluter is connected with the filter and used for diluting the filtered sample gas; and the at least one shunt path is connected with an output end of the diluter, and the at least one shunt path comprises a converter for at least partially converting ammonia in the sample gas into nitric oxide.
