The pedestal comprises a flange at the bottom and a connecting head disposed thereon. The joint includes a locking buckle and a joint stand. One end of the joint stand is in butt joint with the connecting head and is locked when the locking buckle is fastened, and the other end of the joint stand is connected with an oil pipe. The flange of the pedestal of the connecting device can be connected with a flange disposed outside an oil inlet and outlet pipe of a maintenance apparatus, the joint stand is connected with another insulating oil pipe, and then the locking buckle is fastened, such that rapid connection can be achieved. The connecting device is simple in structure and low in manufacture cost, is easy to operate, allows the connecting time of insulating oil pipes to be greatly shortened, and exhibits high practical application values.
