The parking braking operating device comprises a manual brake assembly, a front parking stay rope connected with the manual brake assembly, a middle parking stay rope connected with the front parking stay rope and a back parking stay rope connected with the middle parking stay rope. A connecting assembly for connecting the front parking stay rope and the middle parking stay rope is arranged in front of a first beam of the vehicle frame. The first beam of the vehicle frame is provided with a middle stay rope hole through which the middle parking stay rope penetrates, and a second beam is provided with a back stay rope hole through which the back parking stay rope penetrates.
