Provided is a motor oriented running control cabinet controlled by a frequency converter. The motor oriented running control cabinet comprises a cabinet body, characterized in that a control circuit thereof is formed by a three-phase frequency converter, a relay, and buttons. Using a characteristic that phase variation on a power input end of the three-phase frequency converter does not change motor operation directions, no matter how phase on the power input end changes, the motor is controlled to operate in a same direction all the time, thereby ensuring normal procedures of production. The cabinet is simple in structure, and safe and convenient in use.
