The structural feature of the 5000V voltage-dividing voltmeter is the main structure lies in comprising a first voltage-dividing arm, a second voltage-dividing arm and an adjusting resistor; one end of the first voltage-dividing arm and one end of the second voltage-dividing arm are connected to a test circuit; the other end of the first voltage-dividing arm and the other end of the second voltage-dividing arm are respectively connected with two ends of the adjusting resistor; and two end points of the adjustment resistor lead out a sampling output end which is connected with the voltmeter head.
