The safety valve is composed of an upper connector (1), a nut (2), a spring (3), a valve rod (4), a connection sleeve (7), a sliding valve (8) and a lower connector (12). The upper connector (1) is sequentially connected with the connection sleeve (7) and the lower connector (12). The nut (2), the spring (3) and the valve rod (4) are sequentially installed in the upper connector (1) and an inner cavity of the connection sleeve (7). The valve rod (4) in the inner cavity of the connection sleeve (7) is connected with the sliding valve (8), and a balance hole B is formed in the sliding valve (8). The safety valve can achieve the effects of sealing the oil sleeve annulus area, discharging sleeve gas and conducting circulation well control under emergent conditions, and effectively prevents blowout or overflowing.
