A brake disc is arranged on a main spindle outside a main spindle case; a groove is formed in the periphery of the outer edge of the brake disc; a shell is arranged on the outer side of the brake disc; a brake block passes through the shell and is connected with a reciprocating type power driving mechanism arranged outside the shell; the top end of the brake block is placed in the groove in the periphery of the outer edge of the brake disc. The structure is convenient to operate and stable to brake; the brake disc is firm in structure, is not easily distorted and is not easily consumed; due to the sealing structure, impurities do not easily enter between the brake block and the brake disc, so that the operation is safe.
