A metal horizontal bar is fixed on the upper end of the FRP insulating tube by crimping. The two ends of the metal horizontal bar extend out of the FRP insulating tube, thereby being beneficial for connecting with an upper part suspension member. A metal horizontal pipe is fixed on the lower end of the FRP insulating tube by crimping. The metal horizontal pipe has a length equal to the diameter of the FRP insulating tube, thereby being beneficial for silicone rubber umbrella skirts to sleeve the FRP insulating tube from the lower part and connect with a lower part suspension member.
