Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a tool clamp for machining a vertical type crankcase. The two sides of a base are fixedly connected with a left supporting plate and a right supporting plate through fastening threaded rods, a cross beam is arranged at the upper end of the left supporting plate and the upper end of the right supporting plate, and the cross beam is fastened at the upper end of the left supporting plate and the upper end of the right supporting plate through fixing threaded rods. A compressing threaded rod is arranged in the middle part of the cross beam, and the vertical type crankcase is compressed on the base through the compressing threaded rod. In the using process, the vertical type crankcase is placed on a datum plate of the base first, positioning threaded rods and positioning locking threaded rods on the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate are used for enabling the vertical type crankcase to be positioned on the datum plate of the base, and then the compressing threaded rod is used for ena
