Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a device for installing a pad edge for a loudspeaker. The device comprises a base plate (9), a supporting pillar (8), a positioning plate (2), a negative pressure adsorption seat (3), a positioning core device (5) and an elastic element (1). The pad edge is put in a second step aperture; air is pumped out from ventholes; and negative pressure is formed in an empty groove so as to absorb the loudspeaker pad edge. When the bottom of a loudspeaker basin frame is cooperated with a positioning center hole in the top of the positioning core device (5) and the loudspeaker basin frame is fixed, the pad edge in the second step aperture is located under the pad edge installation place of the loudspeaker basin frame. With the device for installing the pad edge for the loudspeaker, the production efficiency can be improved; product quality is improved; work environment is cleaned; and competitiveness is enhanced.
