Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the utility model discloses an array substrate and a display device provided with the array substrate, belonging to the technical field of display and solving the technical problem that light leakage happens in a frame area of a liquid crystal display (LCD) in the prior art, thus affecting the display effect. A frame area of the array substrate comprises a first metal layer, a second metal layer and an insulating layer arranged between the first and second metal layers, wherein the first metal layer comprises lead graphs, the second metal layer comprises shading graphs, and the shading graphs are used for shading the areas corresponding to the parts except the lead graphs. The array substrate can be applied to the LCD and other display devices.
