The #-shaped machine frame is composed of a center body, beams, supporting legs, connection plates, wedges and foundation piers. The connection plates and the wedges are connected with the foundation piers, the connection plates are clamped in clamping grooves formed by the wedges and the foundation piers, so that radial force borne by an upper machine frame is converted into tangential force through the #-shaped machine frame, and on the condition of guaranteeing generator operation, damage to a machine pit foundation is reduced.
