Three slip rings, which are a U-phase slip ring, a V-phase slip ring and a W-phase slip ring in sequence, are arranged on the outer side of the insulating sleeve along the axial direction. The U-phase slip ring is provided with a U-phase slip ring conductive bar which is perpendicular to the end surface of the U-phase slip ring. The V-phase slip ring is provided with a V-phase slip ring conductive bar. One end of the V-phase slip ring conductive bar is in vertical fixed connection with the end surface of the V-phase slip ring, while the other end passes through the U-phase slip ring and gets flush with the end of the U-phase slip ring conductive bar. The W-phase slip ring is provided with a W-phase slip ring conductive bar. One end of the W-phase slip ring conductive bar is in vertical fixed connection with the end surface of the W-phase slip ring, while the other end passes through th
