Zusammenfassung:	A circulating energy-saving system utilizing laundry room waste steam to prepare hot water heating comprises an air source heat pump unit, a water tank, a water storage pond, a hot water circulating pump and a water source heat pump. The output end of the water tank is connected with the input end of the air source heat pump unit and the input end of the water source heat pump respectively. The input end of the water tank is connected with the output end of the air source heat pump unit and the output end of the water source heat pump respectively. A water outlet of the water storage pond is connected with the water source heat pump. A method for circularly manufacturing hot water by using an air source heat pump is changed into a method for non-circularly manufacturing hot water in one time, a hot water circulating pump of the heat pump is out of service, hot water preparing energy is saved by more than 70%, and the operation cost is greatly saved.
