A splicing trolley of a windproof open-cut-tunnel comprises walking devices arranged on the two sides of the windproof open-cut-tunnel. The inside of the windproof open-cut-tunnel is provided with inner portals, the lower ends of the inner portals are connected with the walking devices respectively, the inner side of each inner portal is provided with an inner arch general-assembly mechanism, the general-assembly mechanisms are respectively connected with a hydraulic system, the outside of each inner portal is provided with a work platform.
