The robot inspection tour system comprises a base station layer and a movement station layer, wherein the base station layer comprises a monitoring main station and a network bridger, the monitoring main station comprises a base station monitoring terminal and a base station server, the base station server is respectively connected with the network bridger and the base station monitoring terminal through an Ethernet, the movement station layer comprises a mobile monitoring terminal and a robot, the mobile monitoring terminal and the base station server are connected through wireless communication, and the robot and the network bridger are connected through wireless communication. The hierarchical control structure enables operators to directly obtain the inspection tour information of the robot and equipment machine account information through the monitoring terminal whether they are the movement station layer or at the base
