Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a gearbox auxiliary suspension device and a vehicle. The gearbox auxiliary suspension device comprises two steel plate spring supports (4), a steel plate spring (5) and a gearbox support (6), wherein the two steel plate spring supports (4) are fixedly connected to a frame (1); two ends of the steel plate spring (5) are provided with lapping curved surfaces which are lapped on matching curved surfaces on the steel plate spring supports (4); the gearbox support (6) is fixedly connected to the rear part of a gearbox and is connected to the middle part of the steel plate spring (5) through at least one connecting bolt (8). Because the two ends of the steel plate spring are lapped on the steel plate spring supports through the curved surfaces, an effect of inhibiting large-angle twisting and a large amount of displacement of deflection of the gearbox can be achieved.
