The upper frame and the lower frame are respectively provided with an idler wheel and a drive motor, wherein the idler wheels are used for walking, and the drive motors are used for driving the idler wheels to roll. The upper frame comprises a first frame and a second frame, wherein the first frame is arranged on the second frame, the second frame is arranged on the lower frame through the idler wheels in a rolling mode, the first frame is provided with a stirring mechanism for stirring the soybean to be fermented. The lower portion of the stirring mechanism is connected with the second frame, and the upper portion of the stirring mechanism is connected with the upper portion of the first frame.
