First, the housing is formed, and a space area for the Fresnel lens main body is left in the middle of the housing. And then by using a principle of die post forming, the molded housing is inlayed in a die, and then encapsulation and forming are performed. The lens is convenient to install and use, and can satisfy UL and other fireproof authentication requirements. The lens is suitable for wide-angle infrared detection ranges, and manufacturing process is simple and cost is low.
