An anchor rope total-length anchoring device used for a coal mine soft-rock roadway comprises a Z-shaped grouting pipe, an anchor rope and a reinforcement mesh, wherein the middle of the grouting pipe is embedded in the surface of a rock layer, one end of the grouting pipe is arranged in a grouting drilled hole, the other end of the grouting pipe is exposed, and the grouting pipe has the hollow equal section; the anchor rope stretches into the grouting drilled hole, the reinforcement mesh is paved around the drilled hole, and the exposed end of the anchor rope is sequentially provided with a tray and a lock which are fixed on the grouting drilled hole. The Z-shaped grouting pipe is used for grouting to achieve the overall-length anchoring of the anchor rope, and the anchor rope total-length anchoring device has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to mount.
