Zusammenfassung:	The utility model belongs to an electrode used by an electric arc furnace during steelmaking production of an ironmaking and steelmaking device. The electrode (1) of the electric arc furnace comprises two or more sections, and the electrode (1) of two sections of the electric arc furnace is fixedly connected with an electrode connecting hole through an electrode connector (2) with a thread. The electrode is characterized in that a releasing-stopping hole is formed in the radial direction of a connecting end face of the two sections of the electrode, and a releasing-preventing pin (3) is fixedly arranged in the releasing-stopping hole. Through the releasing-preventing pin, the integration of two electrodes in a smelting process can be ensured, no loosening exists in the connector, and thus the connecting part of the electrode of the electric arc furnace is prevented from releasing.
