The gradient inductor and the displacement inductor are respectively connected with an input end of the anti-locking brake system control unit. An output end of the anti-locking brake system control unit is connected with the warning lamp and the brake. The vehicle gradient backing resistant active control device overcomes the shortages that when a vehicle backs when being stopped on a road face with a gradient, the brake can not be safely, rapidly and actively controlled and a driver can not be noticed in time and safety is increased.
