Zusammenfassung:	The utility model a regenerated rubber refiner which comprises a rack, a power driving mechanism, and a pair of rollers and is characterized by further comprising water mist ejecting mechanisms which are arranged at one sides of the rollers, and temperature sensors which can be used for sensing the temperatures of the rollers, wherein the water mist ejecting mechanisms are in communication connection with the temperature sensors and can be controlled to enable water mist to be injected on the rollers. According to the regenerated rubber refiner, the temperature sensors can continuously control the water mist ejecting mechanisms which are connected with the temperature sensors; when the temperature of each roller surface is higher than 130 DEG C, the water mist ejecting mechanisms can be started to eject the water moist on the rollers from top to bottom; one part of water mist directly gasifies for cooling, and another part of the water mist enters rubber; under the strict control, moisture entering the rubber
