The work head comprises the hooks facing the handle direction; the hooks can easily eliminate various foreign matters on the overhead power transmission line and very easily hook twisters, so the foreign matter can be hooked by force by the insulation rod; simultaneously, work personnel can complete work in a short time, labor consumption is reduced; and safety is improved. The insulation rod is telescopic, is easy to carry and operated on a tower.
