An epitaxial composite layer of a semiconductor is arranged in a groove of a transparent substrate, a positive electrode and a negative electrode are separately arranged on the periphery of the groove of the transparent substrate, and two metal connecting layers are respectively connected with the positive electrode, the negative electrode and a corresponding semiconductor layer. An improved electrode structure is capable of reducing the covering of metal electrodes, increasing the PN junction area and then solving a problem of limitation of light taking out efficiency caused by the covering of the metal electrodes and irrational arrangement, thereby relatively increasing luminous efficiency.
