The composite material board is made of the main material, namely glass fiber phenolic resin prepreg, a weak area with an annular round stamp hole and a reinforcing area without a stamp hole are arranged in the middle area of the board, the thickness of the board is 3-10mm, the thickness of each layer of prepreg is 0.15-0.35mm, when in mould pressing, the prepregs are laminated from top to bottom, the moulding pressure for mould pressing is 10-30MPa, and the board breaks directionally under special force action. The directional broken composite material board has the advantages that common composite boards do not have, and can be popularized and applied to directional broken design for multiple composite material boards.
