Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a length adjustable belt comprising a belt body. A rectangular pull ring is fixed at one end of the belt body, and at least one polygonal pull ring with not less than four sides is fixed at other parts of the belt body. The lengths of the short sides of the rectangular pull ring correspond to thoes of the longest diagonal lines of the polygonal pull ring, and thus the short sides of the rectangular pull ring just can pass through the longest diagonal lines of the polygonal pull ring. The length adjustable belt has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, safety and durability.
