A pedal metronome with a loudspeaker comprises a bottom shell (7) and a shell sleeve (8) and is characterized in that horns (6) are arranged inside the bottom shell (7), a supporting column (4) is arranged inside the bottom shell (7), a spring (3) is sleeved on the supporting column (4), the shell sleeve (8) is provided with a column sleeve (5) matched with the supporting column (4), and a protrusion (2) arranged on the inner side face of the bottom shell (7) is sleeved on a groove (1) of the shell sleeve (8). A circuit board (9) is further arranged inside the bottom shell (7) which is connected with the shell sleeve (8) through a rotary shaft (10), and the bottom of the bottom shell (7) is provided with a connection hole (17), a sound source input hole (18) and a sound source output hole (21). The pedal metronome can play sound in multiple modes, and further comprises a USB port to facilitate export and import of files.
